Exhausted and Frazzled

For several days,
if not
two weeks

I have not had enough sleep
I have slept
I have slept well
but have NOT
had an opportunity
to get all the sleep I could

I wish I could say
a man was the reason
as the muse may

but I cannot
it is work
it is the beach
it is a bad motel bed
it is working late
it is getting up early
to go to work , or drive to the beach....

anyway,
the beach was great
and as soon as I sleep a bit
I will blog a bit more...
